In order to secure your spot, the following documentation must be submitted no later than February 1, 2008:

• Completed registration form including CHA card numbers;
• Travel Permit (for teams traveling outside the ODMHA district)
• Post-dated cheque for $875 CDN payable to the KARMHHT;
• Early Bird Registration Special: Register before December 1, 2007 and receive a $75 discount!
• Team picture (electronic in .jpeg format).
  Note: Please ensure your team picture reflects your teams' name and level;
